Bu sebeple bol bol Brüksel lahanası tüketmek hem diyet yapanlara hem de kalp sağlığına dikkat edenlere tavsiye edilir &lt;a href="http://www.mutfakrehberi.com.tr/contentdetay.asp?id=11&amp;sayfa=tarif&amp;amp;content=malzemeler"&gt;(1)&lt;/a&gt;.   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Brüksel lahanalarını garnitür niyetine kullanmaktan bıkmıştım, yemeğini yaparken de haşlayıp pişirerek kullanıyoruz, sanki vitaminlerinden ödün veriyoruz gibi geliyor bana hep… Daha başka nasıl tüketilebilir diye düşünmeden duramadığım :) ve araştırdığım bir gün tesadüfen “Sofra” dergisinde Emine Beder’in bu çok güzel salata tarifine rastladım. Yukarıda da belirttiğim gibi Brüksel lahanası lahananın küçüğü, lahanayı çiğ tüketebiliyorsak bunu neden tüketmeyelim dedim ve yapmaya koyuldum tarifi… Tarifi yaparken tek ilave etmediğim kalem mayonez oldu… Orijinal tarifte 2 çorba kaşığı mayonez de var ama ben mayonez kullanmayı sevmiyorum mutfağımda, tadını çok severim, yemeyi de özlüyorum ama sağlıklı beslenmek adına soframda yer ver(e)miyorum… Tarifin geri kalanında yoğurdun, portakal suyunun, soğanın ve acının (karabiber, pul biber) bir arada kullanıldığını okuduğumda bu tat cümbüşünün nasıl netice vereceğini hayal etmeye çalıştım, üstelik Brüksel lahanalarını da ilk defa çiğ olarak tüketecektik, yine de denedim… Sonuç mu?
